Our multistage auger pyrolyser achieves fast, uniform heat transfer, bringing biomass particles to 600° in under 2 minutes.This precision enables consistent, high-quality yields across feedstock types:

• 30% of biochar, H/C ratio of 0.3, indicating high carbon stability
• 40% liquid product total, of which 20 % is pure organic bio-oil, with a carbon content exceeding 65%    

The organic bio-oil fraction undergoes a post-processing step to convert it from a liquid      into a highly viscous semi-solid suitable for blending with bitumen.

The final blended material is applied using standard road-laying  and has been tested in under all possible  test conditions.
