Engrow was founded in 2019 by our founder Mr. Barathraaj who is a chemical engineering graduate from Stuttgart university, Germany. There was passion since his childhood to develop pathbreaking technology in the biomass energy sector which eventually led to the foundation of Engrow. We did a lot of R&D in the first 5 years and in the past years, we have successfully operated our 22 TPD input capacity pyrolyser very steadily which has enabled us for a rapid capacity expansion now. We have totally 30 employees currently and the core team consists of 7 members:
Mr. Chendhil
Our Founding director who brings in 30 years of experience in the mining and biomass gasification sectors.
Mr. Raghul Raja
A lawyer by education who brings in expertise in legal matters and management.
Mr. Divakar
A civil engineer by education who has been the operations & production in-charge of the company since its founding days.
Mr. Kalaivanan
A mechanical engineer by education who brings in his international work experience and heads all the purchase and sales of the company.
Mr. Subodh Kumar
Ex-Director of IOCL (Indian Oil corporation Limited) which is India’s largest state-owned company for crude oil refining with oil & gas Distribution network. He guides Engrow in the strategic matter and sets the pathway for expansion.
Mr. Vinay babu Ganga
An oxford law graduate who brings in 30 years of rich experience in banking, hedge funds, natural resources and the financial sectors to strategically guide and position Engrow as the leading operator in the biomass segment globally.
